I've never commented before but I just wanted to tell you that Alton Brown (Food Network) says that the key to a good salad is for the lettuce to be completely dry. I might be obsessed with the Food Network :) Anyway, just a little tip for ya! Oh and a salad that I do at home all the time is blue cheese, strawberries, pecans, and poppyseed dressing. You could do a light raspberry dressing instead.
